This Privacy Policy explains how Parchi On collects, uses, stores, and protects information when clinics, doctors, staff, and authorized users access our software and related services.

We are building Parchi On as software that remains free to use, while continuing to improve its reliability, security, and product capabilities.

We may process account details, clinic details, operational usage data, technical logs, and information entered into the software by authorized users in the course of using the application.

Depending on how a clinic uses Parchi On, this may include patient-related records and healthcare workflow data managed by that clinic.

We use information to operate the software, maintain security, provide support, fix issues, improve performance, and develop new product features.

We may also use appropriately controlled and de-identified data signals to build or improve AI-based applications for healthcare. We do not use personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) for training AI models.

The Parchi On application is hosted on AWS Cloud.

Application data is hosted in the Mumbai data center region.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, or support providers only as needed to operate and secure the service, subject to appropriate contractual or operational controls.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of the service and its users.

We may study platform usage patterns and de-identified data to design or improve AI-based healthcare products and features.

We do not use PII or PHI for training AI models.

If we introduce new AI functionality that materially changes how data is processed, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are still working on a feature that will allow users or clinics to download their data directly from the application.

Until that feature is released, data export functionality may be limited or unavailable.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate product and security needs.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product evolves. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
